These SMS Terms apply to recurring text messages sent by Sellveo Real Estate Solutions LLC (“Sellveo”) to individuals who directly opt in through a Sellveo-owned consent flow.

1. Program Description

Messages may relate to a property inquiry, cash-offer request, consultation, appointment scheduling, property details, requested follow-up, and transaction-related updates. Sellveo does not use SMS consent obtained by unrelated third-party lead generators.

2. How You Enroll

You enroll by entering your mobile number on a Sellveo form and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent box. The box is not preselected, and SMS consent is not required to submit a property inquiry or purchase goods or services.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

4. Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Sellveo text to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further recurring messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless service and network availability.

8. Eligibility and Changes
